How long it will take to be delivered?
For UAE orders it will be delivered within 1 to 3 business days.
GCC and inernational orders will be delivered within 3 to 5 business days.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary delivery on all UAE orders.
For GCC and International orders, you will get the estimated delivery cost on the checkout, once you add your address you will get the estimated time and cost to deliver to your address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do ship internationally, however, some areas are not supported by our shipping partners, you can just start the checkout and add your address, if you can find your country this means we can deliver your order. If you need any help please contact us and our customer service team will assist you.
What payment methods are accepted?
Jardin de parfums offers their customers different ways of payments on the website:
1. Credit and debit cards secured via tap payment.
2. Pay in installments or buy now pay later option via Tabby.
3. Cash on delivery available for UAE orders only.

How to make a return?
We hope that you are delighted with your order and experience, however if you'd like to return it, returns are available for all online purchases within 30 days of the received item.

How long does it take to have a refund?
Once our team receives and inspects your returned item(s) to ensure the refund policy guidelines are met, you will then receive an email from our end confirming the approval or rejection of your request.
Your credit card refunds will be issued back to your credit card account within 7-14 working days upon approval.
How can I find out the perfume notes?
Main notes are listed on the product page of each perfume under “Scent Profile Tab”. You can also find the ingredients on the packaging. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service.
