Returns

We hope that you are delighted with your order and experience, however if you'd like to return it, returns are available for all online purchases within 30 days of the received item.

The return policy for in-store purchases is 14 days.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we want you to be able to return it hassle-free, please note that the item must be in sealed condition to be able to return it. and you can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email to coordinate pick-up.

The products you purchased online can be exchanged or returned at any Jardin de Parfums store.

Please make sure to bring your invoice (received by email or available to download from your online account), and a staff member will assist with processing your return or exchange in-store.

To file for a return or exchange request, please email us the details of the order(s) you want to return at orders@jdparfums.com. We will arrange it and send you a confirmation e-mail.

 

Exchanges

Once our team receives and inspects your returned item(s) to ensure the exchange policy guidelines are met, you will then receive an email from our end confirming the approval or rejection of your exchange request.

Upon approval, your exchanged item(s) will then be processed and dispatched to you.

If rejected, we will send you your item(s) back, along with an email in which we will further explain the reason for rejection.

 

Refunds

Once our team receives and inspects your returned item(s) to ensure the refund policy guidelines are met, you will then receive an email from our end confirming the approval or rejection of your request.

Your credit card refunds will be issued back to your credit card account within 7-14 working days upon approval.

*The timing might differ depending on your bank's processing time.

**Please note that for cash on delivery orders, we only issue store credits.

If rejected, we will send you your item(s) back, along with an email in which we will further explain the reason for rejection.
